Aldemar Holidays are pleased to be able to offer guests travelling in the Summer 2012 season a fantastic selection of complimentary Yoga Lessons. These lessons will be run by the highly trained Benedette Langer who is a professional Jivamutki Teacher.
These lessons will be held on a daily basis, they are aimed at preparing mind, body and spirit for another day in paradise!
There are also extra optional night lessons which will concentrate on relaxation and stretching, leaving you totally relaxed and empowered after your exciting day.
These complimentary classes are aimed at all levels of participant, so there is no need to be nervous or intimidated at these classes which are also a great option for beginners and advanced Yogis.
These classes run from the 11th July 2012 - 31 July 2012, so make sure you take part to enjoy the full relaxation of mind, body and soul that a holiday in the beautiful Aldemar Hotels can offer.

Aldemar Tennis Club is part of Royal Mare and has seven international-standard clay courts, the main court seating 250 spectators. There is also a practice court with training wall.
The club offers a range of facilities, including a lounge area with television, a snacks service, changing rooms, toilets, pro's shop, partially-covered veranda and parking.
Aldemar Tennis Club is open every day between 07:00 – 00:00 from April to October.
